Mohammad Saleem Safi is an Afghan pace bowler who has been selected for the national Test squad. He has developed his bowling through domestic cricket and has earned opportunities through consistent performances.

Safi provides Afghanistan with a seam-bowling option capable of operating with the new ball and maintaining pressure during longer spells. His continued involvement with the national side is part of Afghanistan's effort to build depth in its fast-bowling resources.
