Kamil Mishara is a Sri Lankan left-handed batter who has earned opportunities in the national limited-overs setup through his performances in domestic cricket. His approach at the top of the order combines positive intent with the ability to find scoring opportunities against different types of bowling. As a developing international player, he continues to gain experience against stronger attacks and in unfamiliar playing conditions.

Mishara was included in Sri Lanka's October 2026 T20I and ODI squads for the tour of Pakistan. His selection across both formats reflects the selectors' interest in developing batting depth and giving emerging players exposure at international level. Continued consistency and better decision-making under pressure will be important as he competes for a regular place in the national side.
