Dilshan Madushanka is a Sri Lankan left-arm fast-medium bowler whose angle and ability to move the ball make him a useful option in limited-overs cricket. Born on September 18, 2000, in Hambantota, he developed through domestic cricket before establishing himself in the national setup. Left-arm pace adds variety to a bowling attack, especially when batters must adjust to a different release angle and movement.

Madushanka has represented Sri Lanka in international cricket and has been valued for his ability to take early wickets and challenge batters with the new ball. He was selected for the October 2026 ODI tri-series in Pakistan, where his bowling could be important during the powerplay and in the middle overs. Maintaining fitness and accuracy while adapting to different pitches will remain key to his continued development.
